TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Galvanize Festival ticket competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by DF Concerts and Events Limited (“Our”, "Us" and "We").
 
The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions").
 
The Prize Promotion will be run through our Galvanize Festival ticket competition.
 
To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
- resident in the United Kingdom;
- able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
- at least 18 years old Parental consent is required for under 16s, proof of which may be requested
 
To enter the Prize Promotion, please provide your details and answer as required above for the Galvanize Festival ticket competition within the listed deadline for the Prize Draw.
 
The Prize Promotion will commence on Friday 21st February 2020 at 15:00 and end on Friday 28th February 2020 at 12:00.
 
The Prize is a pair of tickets to a correctly guessed show as part of the Galvanize Festival at SWG3, Glasgow this August 2020. Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged. No cash alternative. Travel and accommodation is not provided.
 
If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified on Friday 28th February 2020 by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. 
 
Winners must be over the age of 14. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
 
Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
 
This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
 
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
