This week, we have the long-awaited new album release from Scotland’s very own Gerry Cinnamon with ‘The Bonny’, Rina Sawayama’s self-titled album, Brass Against’s self-titled debut EP plus more. 

After releasing his new single ‘Head in the Clouds’ last week, Gerry Cinnamon said he was determined to release the album, even with everything that is going on in the world right now - we all need a bit of new music to keep us going – and Gerry’s album ‘The Bonny’ is certainly getting us through! Brass Against have previously been known for their hard-hitting Rage Against the Machine and Tool covers but, with the release of their self-titled debut EP, the band are truly coming into their own with their unmistakable mix of gritty, melodic riffs and unique brass elements. Rina Sawayama recently premiered her track ‘Bad Friend’ on BBC Radio 1 as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World on Wednesday 15th April and her debut album is due to drop TONIGHT! 

Green Day continued their No Fun Monday’s as they released their fourth cover song, ‘Corpus Christi’ by The Avengers. Listen to it below.
