Rising star Alfie Templeman has just dropped new single ‘Everybody’s Gonna Love Somebody.’ Both the song and video have a nostalgic 80’s vibe to them which makes sense given Alfie’s admission that he went on a “Tears For Fears binge” prior to its recording. This latest track forms part of the upcoming mini-album Forever Isn’t Long Enough which is out on 7th May via Chess Club Records

‘House Of Mirrors’ by North Atlas is a bold and punchy rock track combined with dark electronics. The heavy sound of the new song from the Glasgow band is all the more impressive given that it was entirely self-produced from home. The music video is inspired by old silent horror movies such as Nosferatu and Jekyll and Hyde, lead singer Leon adding that he “found a strange therapy” in watching these movies during lockdown. Check it out!

One week since the release of TYRON, the second album from English rapper slowthai, and we can already safely say that this record will find itself very high up on many an end of year album list. The double album sees thai working with an impressive array of collaborators including Skepta, James Blake and A$AP Rocky, the latter of whom appears in the hotel quarantine themed video to the pair’s track ‘MAZZA’

Indie rockers The Reytons have today released their new EP May Seriously Harm You And Others Around You. Lead single from the EP ‘Broke Boys Cartel’ has an accompanying video which shows the four-piece clad in balaclavas in the back of a van being driven by antagonists The Broke Boys who evade police capture. The South Yorkshire band have been quite the word of mouth sensation in recent years selling out shows in every corner of the UK. Details of their upcoming Scottish tour here

Viral sensations Bad Boy Chiller Crew are back with new single ‘Don’t You Worry About Me.’ The internet jokers from Bradford have gained a meteoric rise in the last 18 months and this latest track firmly cements their status as the heroes of the bassline revival
